DAO is a decentralized autonomous organization with no CEO who makes the decision. DAOs are collectively owned and managed by their members. They have built-in treasuries that no one can access without the approval of the other members of DAO. Governance in DAO is enabled through tokens or NFT, and all decisions go through the process of proposing and then voting.
